Refund policy

At Shopurtool, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Due to the nature of heavy automotive equipment, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval, typically within 5–7 business days.
